We offer two levels of service:
In-Home or Business
We use our truck mount steam cleaning system and perform basic light cleaning similar to your tacked down carpets. We always wipe away any excess moisture from the flooring due to our cleaning process and will lay the rug on a safe surface that you select for it to dry. This type of service is low cost and satisfactory for the inexpensive, or replaceable rugs in your home.
In-Plant cleaning
For your irreplaceable heirloom, fine wool or Orientals, etc., customers prefer a proper full-service in-plant cleaning. All area rugs will be put through a several step deep cleaning process that includes: dusting/vacuuming, specific fringe cleaning, pre spotting, washbath/brush/cleaning, moisture extraction, stain guard, rake/groom, and dehumidify/dry. Obviously, when you select in-plant cleaning your rug gets the attention required!
